RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When the items are not of your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund on their costs, not including shipping. Returns are only accepted in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returned products should be unused and undamaged. Returned products within 30 days of purchase that are used or damaged will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the price paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
To process a return, please contact us at hello@aram.coffee with your name, email, order number, and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by Aram. Then, a return label is provided. Customers are responsible for packing and for any damages caused during shipping. We recommend that the product be sent in the original box, with the parts in the same compartments. (ask our team for help on how to properly protect)
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used, unless approved by Aram. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be reflected on your credit card.
Please only receive the product if the box is intact and without signs of opening.
