  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    When the items are not of your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund on their costs, not including shipping. Returns are only accepted in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returned products should be unused and undamaged. Returned products within 30 days of purchase that are used or damaged will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the price paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by Aram. Then, a return label is provided. Customers are responsible for packing and for any damages caused during shipping.

We are the first method of espresso ever made in Brazil. We work with more than 20 small and medium local suppliers in the region of Curitiba  - south of Brazil, and we do everthing possible for everyone to be well-paid and participate in the development of our goods. Being an integral part of each work of art.

HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS

We do not want to sound cliché, but we really only work with the best materials found in the world. Our 304 stainless steel, igludur polymer from Germany, powder coat and gaskets in non-toxic EPDM. Everything so that you have a good that lasts and can tell many stories with you. That can be passed from father to son.
