This is Aram and I bring some news about your Aram Espresso Maker.
To produce your Espresso Maker and ship it on January, we ordered new parts from our suppliers early December. Most of our 15 suppliers have accomplished their deadlines, but one of them, which produces some stainless steel parts, is behind schedule.
According to our supplier, this delay was caused by the reduction in the number of employees, who went on collective holidays at the end of the year (common for big companies in Brazil since it's summer time). They thought it would be possible to make it in time, but that is not what happened. Only this week these parts are going into the production line.
Many of the pieces are in our atelier, being processed by our team, while we wait for the final pieces.
Since our production is all local made, going from small to medium producers, we suffer from these unwanted setbacks. I would like to ask you for a little more patience.
Our new deadline and already foreseeing the Carnival holiday, we will send it until the middle of March (March, 14).
NOW, THE GOOD NEWS
We have good news too. Several improvements have been made to the Aram Espreso Maker to improve its use. Now the holder comes with two rubber cords, which keeps it tighter at the base.
CHECK OUT THE MANUFACTURE
After the cnc turning process, the nuts go to the machining center for the water holes to be made.
Paint applied on base parts. After the powder paint is attached to the piece, it is baked at 200 ° C for a few minutes to melt the paint providing a high strength paint. Made to last.
