ULTIMATUM^® THE EVOLUTION IN COMPACTING YOUR ESPRESSO

The compactness of the coffee powder is one of those important and sometimes neglected points during the brewing of a good espresso. To perfect it, we created the Tamper Ultimatum. It helps you to compact coffee powder in the filter of your Aram coffee maker or any other commercial espresso maker in a professional way. You can adjust the compacting pressure between 7.4 kg and 13.9 kg of strength. The fitting of the tamper to the filter is always self-aligning, making sure that the compacting always happens flat, reducing piping and other problems.

In addition, we have developed Sensus Technology, which allows you to feel and hear a click when you reach the compaction force you have set. Now just snap the filter holder onto the machine and begin your extraction. All these features make it possible to significantly increase the quality of your espresso coffee, obtaining great results in the cup at home or in the coffee shop. It is perfect for standardizing the compaction between baristas. With many pieces produced by hand, it is manufactured by a chain of local craftsmen, in a high-quality process.
