HOW IT WORKS?

After fitting inside the basket, the internal system emerges. Using the palm of your entire hand, press the tamper down against the ground coffee. Compression will always be perfectly aligned like you've never seen it before.
Upon reaching the set pressure, the Sensus system goes up and makes a slight audible crack, indicating to the barista that he has reached the ideal point of compaction. Perfectly aligned and patterned like you've never seen it.

TAMPING STATION

STEP 1
place the portafilter on the wooden disk and fit the tamper on top.
STEP 2
After fitting the tamper over the basket, use your palm to compact the coffee perfectly aligned. When you feel the sensor touch the palm of your hand, stop pressing. You have already reached the ideal strength.
STEP 3
remove the tamper and return to the station. simple like that.
